This Key Clamp fitting is an offset swivel tee and is normally used in conjunction with fittings A002 (Short Tee) or A006 (90 Degree Elbow) to create a 360° swivel joint on handrail or offset guardrail down variable angled slopes.  This fitting can also be used with an A002 (Short Tee) and an A058 (Locking Collar Key Clamp) to create a heavy duty gate hinge.
